Please complete the “Start An Outpost” interest form. This helps us collect preliminary information, review your submission, and begin exploring what it will look like to have you join our team.

Interest Meeting
Upon initial review, we will send you an email with a link to sign up for an interest meeting (video call). This interest meeting will be a time to learn more about the GAO program, what it would look like to start your own community, and answer any questions you may have.

Corporate Interview
Starting your own community is a big deal to us because you’ll be the name and face of the program in your area. We like to conduct an official interview with someone from our corporate team to dive deeper into the details, answer any additional questions you may have, and talk about the next steps.

Training
We want to make sure you’ll be set up for success! Once approved, we enter an initial training period where we go over things such as securing a location, recruiting families, becoming known in your community, and more.
